Ministry of Detainees: The Palestinian detainee Yusri Al-Julani from the city of Hebron have a twin baby through smuggled sperms.
Al-Julani is one of the detainees who was released in 2011 in “Wafaa Al-Ahrar” deal, then he was re-arrested in 2013 and was sentenced to 6 years in prison in addition to his previous sentence of 16 years.
