Ministry of Detainees: Abu Hawwash is suffering very critical health conditions.

The Ministry of Detainees' Affairs stated that the detainee Hisham Abu Hawwash who has been on a hunger strike for 139 days has now entered a very critical condition and he has been in a coma since friday.

The Ministry launched an urgent appeal to all international institutions and bodies working in the field of human rights to intervene immediately and urgently to save the life of Abu Hawash and put an end to his suffering before it is too late.

Abu Hawwash is now staying at Assaf Harofeh hospital where he is suffering from very deteriorating health conditions and entered a very critical stage. Moreover, he stopped eating salt which is something dangerous that can lead to intestinal rot and a damage to the heart which puts his life under a real threat. 

. The continuing behavior of the occupation authorities is considered a war crime and a crime against humanity that need to be prosecuted and held accountable.
