Ministry of Detainees: The movie “Ameera” offends the victories and sacrifices of the Palestinian detainees and serves the occupation.

The Ministry of detainees denounced the distortion and abuse of the victories and sacrifices of detainees inside the occupation prisons, and what was shown in the movie "Ameera". The movie offended one of the most creative struggle experiments, which is the process of "smuggling sperms" from inside prisons to create a new life for the prisoners.

While the prisoners are creating a unique model of creativity and challenge, and presenting a new form of resistance through sperm smuggling operations from inside the occupation prisons to create a new life, which succeeded in giving birth to more than 100 children (ambassadors of freedom), and despite the jailer’s grip. Who tried and is still working to put an end to this experience through a series of procedures and punishments that are practiced on the prisoners.

The ministry added that it’s unfortunate that the story of a Jordanian film offends the struggle of the prisoners and touches a sensitive cause in a humiliating and offensive way, and provides a free service to the occupation and its narrative against the prisoners. It’s presented in a vulgar manner that has nothing to do with reality.

The ministry called upon every free person to have an inciting role to boycott this film and asked its creators to apologize for this abuse of the prisoners.  The ministry urges the audience to interact with full force with the activities and events that demand the deletion of the film and an apology for its production.

It is noteworthy that “Amira Film” is produced by Jordan, directed by Egypt, with the participation of actors from Palestine, and its events revolve around the issue of sperm smuggling in prisons (Ambassadors of Freedom). The movie discusses the case of a girl who thought she was the detainees’ daughter only to discover later that she is the daughter of a Zionist officer in captivity
